SUBJECT: LTP – FY-2005 WHIP Sign-Up Information

Purpose. To distribute FY-2005 WHIP Application Packet.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2006

Attached are materials for the FY-2005 WHIP Application Packet. Please note the sign-up deadlines for the ranking periods are December 17, 2004 and February 11, 2005. We will send a hard copy of the Application Packet to each NRCS field office and FSA county office. Please be sure to include all of these documents in the Application Packet. Applicants will be held responsible for submitting all necessary paperwork by the sign-up deadlines. We will not process the application if documents are not turned in on-time. The following is a list of documents included in the Application Packet.
