FY-2003 Labor and Equipment Rates

The following rates will be used to document and calculate the cost of installing a practice when the producer uses his/her own equipment. The rates for equipment include labor. If equipment is leased, receipts will be used to document and calculate the amount eligible for cost-share. Labor to operate the leased equipment will be calculated at the rate listed below.

Cost-share payments will be calculated based upon: 1) the cost of installing the practice (receipts for purchased goods & services and documentation of producer-furnished labor & equipment); 2) offer level or percent cost-share rate accepted; and 3) dollar amount approved for cost-share.
