Program participant must read the material on the form and agree to the terms outlined within this Schedule of Operations prior to signing the AD-1154, Long-Term Agreement. This form is applicable to the following programs: Agricultural Conservation Program (ACP), Agricultural Management Assistance (AMA), Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), Colorado Salinity Control Program (CRSCP), Emergency Watershed Program (EWP), Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Forestry Incentives Program (FIP), Great Plains Conservation Program (GPCP), Interim Environmental Quality Incentives Program(IEQIP), Rural Abandoned Mine Program (RAMP), Soil and Water Conservation Assistance (SWCA),Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Program (WPFPP), Water Bank Program (WBP), Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP), and Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP).
