Purpose:
Update form to include new naming convention for file on Share Point.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2010.

Action: All Farm Bill Program Payments must be posted to the new Pacific Islands Area Share Point Site under the respective field office’s folder. Employees can access the share point site by using the following web address:
https://nrcs.sc.egov.usda.gov/west/pia/AO/FBPmts/default.aspx

Faxed copies and copies scanned to the Honolulu Shared Drive will no longer be accepted.

The District Conservationist (DC) is responsible for insuring all payments have the necessary documentation completed and attached prior to submitting the payment package. The required documentation is provided on the attached “Program Payment Coversheet/ Checklist”. The updated checklist must be signed by the DC as certification.

Receipts are required on all AM and AA practices and must be forwarded along with the other documentation to the State Office. Therefore, on those receipts each item that is being considered as eligible for reimbursement will have a CIN # clearly marked in the margins.

Once the information is accurately completed and certified, the documents can be posted on the Pacific Islands Area Share Point Site. All incomplete or inaccurate payment packages will be returned to the DC for correction.
